The Team

  • Todd G, LMT

Todd has a passion for physiology and the human body. He is licensed and certified in multiple modalities to help heal people through physiological equilibrium. Todd believes self-care is a MUST in our busy world and regular bodywork and energy balancing are the key to living to our fullest potential.

Todd is the quiet therapist that blends Eastern and Western techniques in his bodywork. Myofascia release and trigger point therapy, neuromuscular therapy, along with traditional Swedish massage are fused together with acupressure, reflexology and energy balancing in Todd’s bodywork sessions. He specializes in orthopedic recovery through a combination of aqua therapy, table therapy, lymphatic drainage, injury recovery, somatic stretching, and posturing.

Every session is customized to each person because we all are unique. Todd has also developed specialized “theme” body & soul treatments depending on one’s particular goals and needs.

After serving 25+ years in the military and a personal journey of healing, Todd believes in bringing back a sense of community, connection, and compassion for others.

    Experience your true Bliss.

Sarah's yoga journey began in 2010 where it became more than just a stretch or workout; it is a lifestyle that extends beyond the mat. As her practice deepened, she became passionate about sharing and began to teach. Sarah will guide you through an upbeat vinyasa style session, setting a strong foundation in grounding and mindfulness. Her favorite classes are power driven, well balanced and help build endurance both mentally and physically.

Sarah's goals are to help others feel empowered and to develop a deeper connection to their body and breath. She loves witnessing the transformative journey of students as they embrace the intersection of challenge and tranquility in their personal practice!
